Scorpio symbolizes everything that is hidden. This time, with this new moon’s tight opposition to Uranus, whatever has been secretly controlling us is making its way to our consciousness to set us free. It is time to allow new viewpoints and change.

Having her “big three” all in Scorpio and her Mercury in Sagittarius, Björk is about all but simplicity, with intense and extreme emotions and a mind designed for deep thinking over quick, superficial answers (often associated with Mercury in Gemini.) There have been significant shifts in these themes within society as a whole. We've just had a new moon solar eclipse in Libra (harmony, justice, partnerships, negotiation) tensely aspected by Pluto (power, intimacy, taboos, death, and the underground). Things this eclipse has brought, inner and outer, will continue to affect us for the next six months. The sun and the south node are moving away from each other. We are asked to "release" patterns, partnerships, and the way we "attach" to things that no longer resonate with our needs, uncovering "hidden" information from our inner selves, assumably about our relationships, which Pluto's influence often brings to the surface.

The Libra new moon solar eclipse conjunct the south node (Ketu) is on its way, arriving at 3:30 PM EDT on Saturday the 14th.

Eclipses near the south node often signal the need to release something. With Libra in play, this is conceivably about the relationship dynamics we must remove to create better cycles. People we have recently encountered or will encounter in the next 6 months might "seem familiar," as they might be carrying something from our past, in this one or another. They may lead us to remember something we believe was taboo in our past (Pluto squares the nodes), and we may choose to accept whatever this means for us.

Venus, the goddess of relating, leaves its extended stay in Leo and enters Virgo for a month, asking us to embrace patience, realism, and small gestures of love and affection in our relationships.

October starts with the harmonious aspects between the Venus & the Nodal axis, offering a period when relationships, creativity, and values are aligned with our soul's purpose or the direction we're meant to go in life. Things seem to be at ease. We choose ourselves, but we respect other's collaboration. Take it all in because we have two eclipses on the way, one on October 14 in Libra and the other on October 28 in Taurus.
