Her interest in analytical psychology and Buddhist philosophy first led her to astrology studies in 2018. After taking classical astrology classes (which felt more limiting than liberating) she sought to explore Archetypal Astrology and earned her certification from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she had the privilege of studying under some of the best astrologers and Jungian analysts alive, like Laurence Hillman.
A lifelong student (and sometimes a teacher), she continues to deepen her practice through evolutionary astrology studies with Forrest Center of Evolutionary Astrology, and is an active member of the International Society of Astrological Research.
Additionally, Ipek holds an MA in Media Psychology, and a BA in Teaching English as a Second Language.
She usually offers longer one-on-one sessions, monthly workshops, and a membership. Her passion is teaching the dynamics of the chart rather than simply giving a "reading" and “horoscopes,” so you can learn to engage with astrology in mindful ways after your session with her.
